Connect your wallet

Open the Shores app at [TBD: app URL] and connect a wallet on Robinhood Chain.
2

Complete identity checks

Minting shUSD requires identity verification and wallet screening. See New wallets.
3

Choose a vault and deposit

Pick a vault, enter an amount and confirm. The first time you deposit, your wallet may ask you to approve the vault contract. [TBD: accepted deposit asset]
4

Receive shUSD

The vault mints shUSD to your wallet: at 1.00 at launch, and at the vault’s current NAV after that, so every depositor enters at the same value per token.
5

Stake

Stake shUSD to receive the monthly cash yield (8% target). See Staking and monthly yield.

What shUSD represents

shUSD is your share of one Shores vault. Holders are lenders with a limited-recourse claim on that vault’s cell. [TBD: counsel confirmation of holder-claim wording]

Minimums and limits

[TBD: minimum deposit, per-tier limits and vault caps]
New shUSD starts an initial lockup before it can be sold. See Exit and the secondary market.
