# Shores for Borrowers

> Short-term bridge loans secured by first liens on real property.

Shores lends to property owners in Latin America and South Florida who need short-term capital. Every loan is a bridge loan secured by a first lien on real property. Borrowers pay the interest that becomes depositors' yield.

Loans are made offchain. Borrowers work with standard loan documents, local registries and a servicer. No wallet or crypto is needed.
